After taking the time to learn how to sew, and inevitably failing many times, I am able to say that I actually really enjoy it. Not only have I found that I enjoy it, but I also know that it will come in handy later in life. I have also learned the importance of doing things for someone other than yourself. I hope that moving on into college, I will be able to use the skills and knowledge that I have acquired by doing this project in more meaningful ways, and I hope that the project that I did will inspire other people to do the same for their community in the future as well. I know that if I am presented with an opportunity to help the community in the future, I will not hesitate to do so.
